Aiders is pre-launch and very small. Here is what we are building, and how to write in anyway.

Right now
We are not hiring for anything today. We would rather say that plainly than keep a page of vacancies open that nobody is hiring for. If that changes, this page changes first.
What we are building
A customer support agent for Shopify stores that settles the request instead of drafting a reply for somebody else to send. It reads the order, applies the store's own policy, and refunds, cancels, reships or edits the order inside limits the merchant sets.
In practice that is a Python agent, a Next.js dashboard and marketing site, and a Shopify app that has to behave itself inside someone else's store.
Write in anyway
If you read that and had an opinion about it, send the opinion. What we read: something you built that we can look at, and a paragraph on why this problem is interesting to you. A CV is optional, and a cover letter written by a language model is easy to spot.
We answer everyone. If a role opens up, we go back to the people who wrote.
